The 205th seminar of environmental declaration
mixed media: pencil x photoshop Life finds its way, a lyric from one of my favorite movies Jurassic Park since I was a kid. My inspiration for this series of works comes from my imagination: in an environment of severe pollution and overflow of garbage, humans’ occupation, experimental transformation, destruction, and squeeze of animals and plants in nature have reached an extreme. The transformed animals and plants have nowhere to go, but humans are still meeting and discussing the futile environmental declaration, it’s so ironic. We always forget because nature may be a less concrete concept for human beings, but it has existed since ancient times and possesses powerful power. It allowed life to be born and evolved and finally found a way for life to survive. Since humans have drawn too many nutrients from nature that far exceed what they need, other creatures should draw the nutrients they need from humans. Humans are forced to mutate symbiosis and coexist with other creatures, and the tenacious humans finally adapt to this state of symbiosis. Since then, the earth began to form a new ecology.
